Addressing one common criticism of dogecoin

So one common criticism that crypto elitists have of dogecoin is that supposedly, it will one day crash hard and leave all these poor, naive crypto noobs (that’s what they think we are) with a bad taste in their mouths for crypto as a whole. “It will crash! They will be turned off of cryptocurrency forever”. That’s how the argument goes. Now what is the fatal flaw in the argument? It’s the fact that the grandaddy of all cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin, also has one of the *absolute worst* track records for crashes. Read all about these crashes [here](https://www.exodus.com/blog/bitcoin-crash-history/).

If Bitcoin can undergo major, earthshaking crashes like this without ruining the entire crpto market, we can handle our occasional short-lived dips, thank you very much.
