Moodle: The Education Directorate of the Dean of Personnel Management at the Federal University of Alagoas (GC/Progep/Ufal) has opened registrations for various courses in the upcoming period. Technical servers and teachers can attend classes, but pre-registration for the desired course is required.
Starting August 4th, the Moodle course is for presenters who want to use the Moodle Platform in a Basic teacher role. There are 20 hours of remote lectures in synchronous moments, that is, live over web conferencing. The course will run until August 18 and web conferences will take place at 4 and 11 am from 9 am to 12 pm.
On August 15, the training session on “Accessibility standards for people with disabilities and related fields” will begin. Aimed at technicians, professors and especially representatives of Sinfra and the engineering, architecture, ergonomics and related industries, the course will run for a total of 20 hours until August 26. The idea is to encourage and spread knowledge about the different ways of being in the world, taking into account the characteristics of each individual.
Those who work with data and need to use applied statistics in their research can attend the Applied Statistics research course, which starts on 15 August and lasts for a total of 20 hours until 4 September. The aim of the course is to introduce participants to the principles of descriptive statistics using spreadsheets and problem solving applied to research and management, and to provide them with the necessary concepts and tools to find solutions to new problems.
Registration for the Strategic Planning in Public Administration course, which will continue between 11 August and 23 September, continues. During the courses, participants will learn how to develop strategic planning in the sectors of the University.
Virtual desk training
Virtual desk training now continues with the training calendar for Sertão Campus servers. The training is aimed at servers and outsourced workers performing their duties in Sipac-Ufal protocol systems.
On July 26, there will be in-person training for the Santana do Ipanema Unit servers from 13:00 to 15:00.
During the training, the daily situations of the system will be simulated, and the trainees will be able to learn practically and experience the use of the Virtual Table tool. As didactic resources, materials in powerpoint or similar format will be made available to students for demonstration and presentation of the new Protocol system tool.
