A federal court in Wisconsin, the United States, revealed that a woman named Kelly Harper was paying in cryptocurrency to hire a hit man online. Harper allegedly entered the Dark Web, known as the Dark Web, and paid using Bitcoin to kill an anonymous man known to have resided in Wisconsin between October 2020 and December 2020.
